Vovo Expert

I took my Volvo XC40 to Volvo Expert for its first maintenance service after the 3 year complementary maintenance service at the dealership and was impressed by the level of care and attention that Richard paid to my Volvo. As part of the 40K mile service, Richard changed my oil and oil filter, engine air filter, and cabin air filter. The Volvo dealership lists a brake flush as required but Richard tested the brake fluid and told me that it was not yet necessary. Richard walked me through everything else he checked and answered all of my questions. At Volvo Expert you are getting dealership level quality, experience, and service without the huge dealership markup. Pricing was very fair, clear, and upfront with no surprises. Hi Richard, thank you for showing me the cracked engine mount and for changing out the Volvo OEM spark plugs. Went to Vovo Expert for a PPI after buying a S60 from Carvana. Richard did a thorough job and found a cracked engine mount that had been missed. He also answered a variety of questions and was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this shop for any Volvo maintenance needs.

I have a 2014 ,XC90 with 270.000 miles and wanted to check it throughly, to decide if I still would keep it or buy a new one,in case that it needed major repairs or if the chassis, motor or transmission would not be in good shape. I took it to Richard, who was very kind and nice on the phone , never in a hurry. He did a very complete assessment of my car,wrote it down and explained to me with multiple pictures,what needed to be done,how pressing it would be to do it soon,and he will give me an estimate of the cost. I was very impressed with his professionalism,how complete his assessment was, and how kind and nice, he is.

I called Richard because I took my car in to a few places after I had the alternator replaced along with a new battery and the low voltage light was still coming on. I called Richard and he said to bring the car over. He took care of it right on the spot and wasn’t trying to charge an outrageous price. I have XC60 and will definitely be going to him for all of my car repairs of and when needed. Thanks Richard. Would highly recommend
