Paul and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They addressed and resolved my issues in a timely manner and communicated the entire process. I have an older car so I have been to quite a few places for different services, but I’ve never been anywhere as communicative and clear cut with the work that was being done and the price to expect. No surprises. The price was the most reasonable in the area all for excellent care and a team that you can tell from the second you meet them is trustworthy and experienced. I cannot recommend this place enough, I will never go anywhere else after my experience with VOW. No worries, unexpected delays, or unexpected charges- that is a combination of things I have not seen at any other auto shop!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Richie and Paul provided excellent service from start to finish! They were absolutely professional, honest, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly so that I fully understood what was going on with my car when my water pump broke, and when I needed my car repaired because my stability and ABS lights were on, which was keeping me from properly/safely steering my car . The repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price, with no surprises. My car runs perfectly now! I highly recommend VOW Auto to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair.

My husband’s vehicle wouldn’t start the weekend leading into Christmas Week. Many other auto shops couldn’t take the car in for almost two weeks (understandable with the holidays). We called Rich and the guys at Village of Warren and they were able to squeeze us in, complete an inspection and fix the issue for us by the next day. They understood the importance of getting the car back to us before the holiday, which we were very appreciative of. Vow Auto went above and beyond for us. Even thoroughly explaining the results of the inspection. The customer service from beginning to end was superb. The employees were kind, understanding, informative and the work was highly efficient. Steve Richie and Paul were honestly amazing I had a coolant leak coming from my car and took it to the dealership by my house and they wanted to charge me $4300 but then I took it to Richie And he got it done for $1700. They were very welcoming and above and beyond to get my car towed from the dealership to their shop I will be returning and they have earned a lifetime customer.

After what I've been through with other mechanical shops and how I've been scammed and over charged I will never go anywhere else. It's such a pleasure to have finally found great, honest mechanics. Their knowledge, pricing, properly assessing my vehicles issues and fixing them ASAP was a relief. I have been recommending them to others and will continue to.
