Overall experience was good, the front desk can use a touch up on their customer service. The technician very professional, have known him for years. Very knowledgeable, many years ago he got me out of a pickle when everyone else gave up on my vehicle.

I just found this place and thr owner and his employees are wonderful at taking care of your repairs and getting you back on the road again asap. I definitely will be coming here for all my future needs or repairs. Thanks again.

Very friendly and quick, they were able to fit us in for a smog test! The lady at the front desk was very helpful as it was our first time having to get Smog done, would visit again !

This place was AMAZING!! I brought in my old van for help with a previous failed smog and they got me back legally on the road in no time. Early in the morning, the staff was friendly, and the team member used his quick expertise to test it again and it passed, and the cost was $25 cheaper than other place in town. I will definitely be bringing in my other two cars here, these guys care and do great honest work!!! Thank you VP crew🙏🏼

This place tried to scam hundreds out of my 19 year old son. They told him something completely different from what they told me when I went to confront them about why they kept his car for 2 days if they’re just doing diagnostic. They claimed they were waiting for authorization to repair the car when they never even called my son. When my son went in to check for himself they verbally quoted him $700 for the repair. He said he repeated that amount to confirm and they said yes. So I went with him to get my car afterwards because he first drove my car to the shop. I decided to go in and talk to them because I wanted to know why they kept his car for 2 days. That’s when they told me they were waiting for authorization to repair so I asked to see what they quoted him. The quote was for $409 n
