I went off the road and was stuck good in the ditch. Alex responded fast and had great communication with me until he got there. He was not prepared for my location, but got in the mud to hook me up and pull me out. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him and Vroom.
Funny story cut short, got stuck in the middle of the road by the Buc-ee’s in Daytona, my sister found his number online and within 15-20 minutes he was there to bring us in the parking lot, fast forward again I thank god for his kindness because he was able to tow my truck from Buc-ee’s back to my home in Jacksonville. Kindness is virtue and if you’re kind to workers such as him, they look out for you. A thank you isn’t enough, but I thank him for this. I recommend him for any towing and just knowledge on your vehicle if you don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Alex went above and beyond duty to help me get my car back on the road that night instead of having to wait till the next day for the dealership to open. He found a pep boys that was open. I am forever grateful to Alex for helping me out of the flat tire no spare jam. I would have been dealing with the problem today and instead I'm up and rested from a good night's sleep in my own bed. Thank you so much Alex. You are a gem!. ❤️
Alex was amazing. I first contacted him a couple of weeks ago letting him know that I would need his services in Ormond Beach when I was over there doing a project. I kept getting delayed but stayed in touch with him and today was the day I was destined to be over there he agreed to meet me at the end of the day and drove our car all the way over to Debary Florida treated us with utmost respect and was very delicate with our classic car Hands down one of the nicest people we've met
