Specializes in German vehicles and has nothing but phenomenal work. Great staff and great mechanics. Good knowledge and experience. Nothing but respect and honesty. Prices are fair considering foreign vehicles are pricy a bit especially Germans. Good amount of parking and enough garage bays to get you in and out within no time. Mechanics are truthful and trustworthy with their work.

VT Auto installed the parts for a very fair price of $350, saving me nearly half of what BMW wanted to charge. The owner, Alejandro, was attentive throughout the process. Even though he wasn’t there when I picked up the car, he followed up with a text to make sure everything felt right with the vehicle. So far, everything is running smoothly. We’ve done frequent business at this location under the previous ownership, but unfortunately, our experience this time wasn’t exactly satisfactory. Repairs requested: - a new headlight not turning on. (We brought the new bulb) - oil change Technician’s response (Jose): - “it might be up to $500 if we need to remove the bumper & it will include the diagnosis, & we can buff the front foggy light” - We agreed hoping it would not get to that sum. Four days into the waiting we called back for them to pay closer attention to a rear noise (since “the diagnosis was included” anyway). Six days later - Work done: 1. a headlight-fuse change and the provided bulb installed. 2. Alejandro was incredibly kind and helpful with my car and key replacement. He even came by my place to personally assess the issue, which went above and beyond my expectations. On top of his professionalism, he was genuinely a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him!!
