Vu Phan TX Auto Care

I can't say enough good things about Vu. He's an expert at what he does, he always tells the truth, and I wish everyone was as trustworthy. He is well trained AND he has years of experience. Just needed him today and I told a friend and my father (again) what a great mechanic and decent human Mr. Phan is.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. My recent encounter with the owner Vu Phan left me utterly appalled and deeply disappointed. Not only did he fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but he also displayed shocking levels of rudeness and outright verbal abuse to me. This was my first time going to an auto shop by myself because I have little to no experience in car maintenance. Instead of demonstrating professionalism or offering solutions to my predicament, he resorted to berating me and getting all up in my face. His tone was condescending, he was yelling at me for no reason as he belittled my intelligence and questioned my understanding of automotive issues. No mechanic should ever talk to a customer like that.

Quick! Quality Service! Mr. Vu was kind, professional, and fair. Annual inspection time! He got me in and out in no time!
