Title: Unprofessional Service and Overcharging at Vullos Motors Rating: ⭐ My recent experience at Vullos Motors was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Like many others, I encountered rudeness and cynicism from the staff, tarnishing the overall service quality. Adding to the frustration, they damaged the rear bumper of our company vehicle during servicing. This lack of care and attention to detail is unacceptable, especially from an establishment that prides itself on automotive expertise. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that they charged $90 for inspection and emission services, whereas the national rate stands at $65. This unjustified overcharging further underscored their lack of transparency and fairness in pricing. Ultimately, I chose to walk away from Vullos Motor

Worst experience ever... I brought my SUV to Phil for tires, an alignment, oil change and a small repair. He had set me an appointment for 8am on a Thursday morning. I arrived @7:50am and gave Phil the vehicle. He never called me to give me any updates in the status of the vehicle. Finally I called at 3pm and he informed me that he didn’t get a chance to look at the car because he was busy and that he would look at it tomorrow. Needles to say this was a tremendous inconvenience being that I have a one car household. The next day he never called again so I called at 1pm. He said he had a chance to look, gave me a quote and demanded payment before the services were done. He said tires could be put on the next day (Saturday) but the repair, oil change and alignment wouldn’t be done for about

Previously went here for repairs a few times and service was great. Recently returned for a repair and I can say it’s turned around 180° and not in a good way. I had tools taken from my vehicle and parts of my repair were visibly missing and not done but when addressed a mechanic told me not to worry about it. Mind you I was charged more than quoted for “extra labor”. Regret choosing this as the garage to work on my car.

One if the most reliable Dealers and mechanical shop I have ever been associated with. My family and I have been doing business with them for over 40 years and never a bum steer. The know how to buy and resell, and properly stand behind their vehicles. Which make them worth looking I to when you need a car.
