Amazing Experience! Most of us have had to experience the “Collision Repair Shop Nightmare” at least once. Unfortunately, I’ve endured the experience multiple times, and none have been pleasant. Recently, I had the misfortune of a bull on our ranch deciding to put his shoulder into the driver side front fender of my brand-new Honda Ridgeline (900 miles). A “higher power” led me to V&V Body & Paint Shop in South Houston. As I approached the address, surrounded by the “other guys” paint & body shops, V&V stood out like a shining star in the middle of a slum. Donny and his team have always gone above and beyond for not only our dealership, but for the customers that we send their way. They are very attentive and take pride in their work big or small. The turnaround time is quick, and they are great with keeping customers updated every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I was planning to go to my dealership for the repairs and my insurance company recommend V&V. I am so glad they did. Right from the start their communication was clear and the way they handled everything was so efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. My car was backed into and now with their repairs it looks flawless. They even cleaned my car which was going above and beyond. Would highly recommend V&V for your repair needs.
