Jennings automobile service is superior for foreign models. Fast, thorough, and excellent service always. Been using them for 25+ years on Volvo, Audi, Volkswagen, Honda and Hyundai. I trust them completely. And Derek is excellent at recommending what needs to be done and what to watch.

I don’t think I’d ever give an auto repair shop 5 stars… but yup. These guys deserve 10. Neil is straightforward with what makes sense for fixing the car and what he’d do. He presents the facts so you can make an informed decision and he’s just a great guy. He delivers when he says he will and communicates updates accordingly. We recently had a battery issue on the MB and he was able to squeeze us in as many people had pushed their appointments out due to the snow storm. He got the car in and out in half a day and I’m so pleased. We will be moving later this year and I wish I could take Neil and team with us!

I had a fantastic experience with this auto shop! They did an excellent job with my BMW, and I couldn’t be happier with the quick, efficient service. Dropped my car off in the morning for a coolant leak and they had it repaired and ready for me by the afternoon. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here for all my future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!

This is the fourth time I’ve brought my Audi Allroad to Jennings. The first time was on the recommendation of a local business owner. They get five stars and A+. I’m a single woman of a certain age, and these professionals are able to get me on the calendar quickly, determine the problem, get back to me with a clear description and estimate and then follow through with the repair expeditiously. They bill fairly and make the pick up easy. I’ll always bring my German cars to them as long as I am in Fairfield County.

Excellent service at fair prices! Also, they work quickly and have great communication with customers. Highly recommended for European cars that are out of manufacturer’s warranty.
