Idiot mechanic showed up to change the rim on my steer. Finally shows up after getting lost in the parking lot (after I told him and even sent him a pin of where I was), he walks around the truck with a tire gauge and checks the tire pressure of every tire, goes back to his truck and tried to tell me and my company these weren’t cracks “they’re scratches” and didn’t want to do the work. I literally had to threaten calling DOT. After he leaves o go out to look and he couldnt even be bothered enough to take the plastic off of the new rim, nor did he torque anything down. I wouldn’t send this guy back out to change a baby diaper much less a tire or rim.

We were passing through Effingham en route from Toledo to Kansas when we had a flat. A local man recommended Wabash Tire. They were quick, friendly, fair priced. Patched the tire and got us underway in no time. We really appreciated it and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Where can I even start you guys have been amazing and anything I needed you guys went over the top to show I can trust you with my vehicle 🚗 thank you guys for fixing my baby and getting her running in no time I don’t think I’ve even been so impressed if I could recommend a place wabash tire and auto would be the people I would recommend thank you for being amazing and happy holidays:)

I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. I came in for a simple tire replacement, but ended up waiting over two hours despite having an appointment. The staff was disorganized and gave me conflicting information about the status of my vehicle. They told me they no longer had matching tires. They had different ones but of course they were more expensive. Very unprofessional and careless service. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

On the way home to WI from FL and had a tire blow out!! Not only did Wabash have the exact tire we needed but they took care of us right away! Exceptional service from Duane and the rest of the group!! would highly recommend!!
