I went to try to get my window regulator replaced that the dealership had already replaced a year ago, they quoted me 1000 dollars and then told me that the part was 650, I found the part for 150 total at an auto parts store brand new and it took maybe two hours to fix. I have no mechanical knowledge and only had a socket wrench and a screwdriver. I do not know how they could get to a 1000 dollar quote in good faith.

My 2024 Tucson had a problem during the ice storm. An auto shop ran a diagnostic that came back with a grill shutter problem. The service rider informed me that I had to pay a diagnostic fee because the code was stored and not active. My vehicle is under warranty plus I bought the extended warranty so I didn't have to pay for repairs. This has been the only dealership I have dealt with but since the turn over in the service dept it has gone down hill. I am now looking at going elsewhere with my business.

Hello, I have a big complaint with you guys. And I feel like my concerns have gone on deaf ears. I have a 2007 Hyundai Elantra with 212,000 miles on it. The vehicle has been out of commission due to the electric power steering module being broken and or needing updated. I have contacted the service department multiple times and they told me that yall cannot help me because yall do not have the tools to fix this. This Hyundai dealership is the only one located within a reasonable distance from the house where the car is. It is located in Hewitt Texas. I have tried many avenues from contacting other dealerships to contacting corporate, nothing has been done to help. I’m writing this in at this point to have proof that I’ve gone this far, at this point it feels like yall are refusing to honor

Well I took my car in to get checked on a couple of things I thought was wrong and found out a couple of things but in the process everything that I thought were wrong we written down and told the guy more than on e about the fan blowing not the ac bur the fan well he put it in as the ac having issues not the problem that's one he also told me me he would get my car washed and it didn't get done and then he's told me he would put in some washer fluid and that didn't happy about that and mind you I didn't ask for it to be done he offered to have it done I feel like he was into big of a hurry to even care to make sure it was done but in a really big hurry to get me out of there when they were done assuming they did check it out not a very happy camper maybe K.A should be a lil more curt

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online for a week out and thought I would be fine because I had another vehicle, but then my other vehicle went out and here I was stressing on what I was going to do since my Kona really needed an oil change and I still had a few days before my appointment. I called and spoke to Jeff, told him what was going on, and he told me go ahead and bring it in today and we will get you serviced! I got my car in immediately and that day I had my services done. All of the staff members were so nice and so helpful with everything when I arrived. Hands down, the best service I’ve had in a long time!
