Wagner's Tire and Auto

My wife's car started leaking antifreeze and smoking on the way to Austin. Not only did they find the issue, he fixed the issue super quick and saved us money on a replacement part. Best service I have ever had at an auto body shop!

We ended up with a flat on our way to Amarillo. Insurance roadside was taking it's own sweet time. The gentlemen here checked if they had anyone who could come help us, but they didn't. I called back to ask about tires once we got our spare on. They noticed that another tire might blow when we arrived. They had two tires and were able to get us changed and back on the road very quickly. We (me, husband, and dog) are very thankful for their skill and politeness. And it was a good price. On a very long road trip, my car started to rattle. I pulled over at Wagner’s to be on the safe side and they were very kind to me and fixed the problem. I would definitely be back if I lived in the area.

In the middle of the night on a cross country drive from San Antonio to Colorado we had a problem with our tires and had to stop over night in Menard, Texas. Wagner’s was highly recommended and we went there to see if they had the tires we needed but they didn’t. It was a Saturday and we had to wait for someone to find the tires and drive them to us. They normally close at 5 pm on Saturday’s and they kept the shop open until 8 pm to install the tires for us. This was way beyond the call of duty - and the best car service we have ever experienced! They even loaned us a pick up truck so we could get food while we spent the day at their shop waiting. All of the mechanics were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful!
