2013 Mercedes ML350 4Matic They truly came through for me. I had purchased new front rotors to install myself because my car would shake whenever I applied the brakes, but I couldn’t get the old rotors off. I called Wagon Wheel Tire and Auto to ask if they accepted walk-ins and if they would install parts I brought in, something many shops won’t do and they said yes to both. I stopped by during my lunch break, and AJ had everything completed within 30 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was another pleasant surprise: they installed both front rotors for just $100 plus tax. Thank you to AJ and the team at Wagon Wheel. The car has been driving perfectly since the rotors were replaced. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time to do the rear rotors.

My husband and I came in to get our new rotors installed on the front end of our Mercedes ML350. We called in first and found out that they accept walk-ins which was perfect because that meant we can come after work and they close at 5:00 p.m. We were the only customers there which was ideal. We were able to be seen as soon as we arrived. They immediately took our car and hoisted it on the hydraulic lift and began their work. The prices are not bad at all. It's very reasonable and affordable. Just $50 per side per rotor and an additional $50 per side if you need to get new brakes installed, if you buy, buy and bring your own rotors and brakes. One of our team member's was heading out of town and had to get a tire patched really quickly, so she went to wagon wheel tires & auto service . Owner Ahmed and employees AJ and Brendin were quick to help. While there, she learned that AJ and Brendin were former marines. Goodyear sent me away because they said my car was too low profile for them to want to deal with it AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID. So I came down the road to see these gentleman and they had me in and out in 20 mins 50$ cheaper than what I had paid Goodyear. Will be taking my car here from now and and telling everyone within the ST community about my great experience.

Went to get tires swapped onto new wheels and from through the door to me leaving the guys were awesome. They were quick and efficient in getting everything done and gave great suggestions for future tires and services. For a first time experience I would suggest them to anyone.
