Tried getting my car fixed there based on a referral from my insurance, when I tried to book an appointment the lady was polite but had no openings for the week other than ones that conflicted with my work- no biggie. I asked if she could book me first thing in the morning or near lunchtime. She declined to look into the next week for availability and was happy to cancel the referral from my insurance. Very weird and disappointing interaction, which set my repair timeline back a few days. Only gave two stars because at least she wasn’t rude.

I always recommend my friends, family or anyone who needs car service on the island. They have helped me numerous times with my older car. When I thought the car was nearing the end, they’ve helped me repair it and get it running again. I will be a loyal customer because of their efficiency, thoroughness and great communication. Thank you Waipahu Auto Care! We had to go through the process of registering our out-of-state vehicle. The initial step was to go through a safety check and knowing our vehicle would fail the registration. We always went to them before we moved and now we moved back they helped us with what we needed to do. Scheduled a safety inspection and Ricky offered to take a look at the AC problem I mentioned since I was already there and he had time. Great service and friendly crew! Will definitely be back.

Couldn't rave enough about this place. The owners are so sweet, caring and go out of their way to help you. I was in a pinch with a misfire in my engine, they squeezed me in the next morning and helped me out tremendously. Car Repairs shops can be intimidating to go into but I felt so taken care of and at ease. Will be coming back here for all my car needs!
