Customer Reviews
Been using Walcks for years. They are great folks with a passion for old Jeeps. Ordered Sunday and had it in my hands Wednesday. Thank you!
Various times I've called and talked to Carl or Daniel and their knowledge was superior. Their expertise in the field of parts for the Willys is unchallenged by competitors. Their prices on restoration parts are competitive with other companies. I will continue to be a loyal customer to them. Friendly, courteous and on time delivery sets them apart. Highly recommend this business.
I've been working on getting my 1959 Jeep FC170 back on the road. Walck's has been extremely helpful. I've ordered from their website 5+ times now. The part descriptions on the website are excellent. Every part I've ordered fits my truck as it should. They fulfill my order quickly. I usually receive my parts in 2-3 days. I've checked their prices against NAPA, AutoZONE, etc. and Walck's prices are usually comparable to sometimes cheaper than the larger stores. I highly recommend Walck's to anyone that needs help with an old jeep.
Ordered the full suspension kit for my 1948 CJ2A after trying the India made Crown products (disappointed/returned). The Walks kit was exactly as expected and installed quickly. Put my 2a (which has the Koenig super half cab) sitting the way it should. Suggestion- if you're running the non-threaded/non-greasble style shackle be sure to order the bushings for the shackle eye. I didn't..thankfully my local spring shop had them. They're...7/8 od x 7 1/6 I'd x 1 3/4 long
Called on Thursday about my 53 CJ3B and how it would run and then die after 10 minutes. Replaced the Carb, fuel pump, and was chasing electrical gremlins. After talking to Daniel, he thought maybe I had bad points. Went by and picked them up on Friday (hour drive each way) and pulled my old points to find they were badly corroded. So he was 100% correct. Apparently, the gap closes as it heats up and no spark, which is why it would run cold and die hot. These guys saved me from selling my Jeep because I had enough after a frame off restoration. Awesome help.
