We have purchased many things from Waldoch Custom. Every experience has been favorable and successful. The most recent purchase was a set of Amp Research Power Steps. They are even cooler than I imagined, super sturdy, very quick, and very quiet. Dominic was great to work with. He kept me informed and updated with the progress the entire way through the process. I contacted Waldorch Customer service about missing centers for my wheels on a Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. The local dealer told me that I was missing wheel-centering, I also had an issue with one of my center caps falling out. Devon at customer service looked into these issues and, to my surprise has done excellent in taking care of them. I was told she checked into the availability of these parts and is handling everything for me. Worked with Devon in warranty. Very responsive and got me a resolution within a day. Happy with the outcome. Very satisfied with the customer service, as it seems to be a lost art now days. Still some positive and helpful companies out there!
Was impressed with my initial truck conversion, did another wheel purchase but my third experience in in 3 years wasnt as impressive and will not return. Quality work and customer service was missed on this purchase. I had to spend an additional $800 following their install for 3 new tires sensors after my $2000 tire install on a 4 year old Jeep after Waldoch installed my new tires. Something surely was missed with this service and lost my future purchases.
