Great service! Faster than expected and Phillip was great! He introduced himself to me and kept me in the loop about my car. I needed to get. Recall issue taken care of for my Camry and an oil change and tire rotation. It was done quicker than I thought it would. The shuttle service was great as well. I was able to go home and work from home until my car ready. The shuttle promptly picked me up within a half of Phillip calling to let me know my car was finished. I will definitely be bringing my car back for regular servicing.

Service was very good They definitely take care of their customers and make them feel welcome. I requested service on my car, and immediately provided me with a suitable date and time for my schedule. When InspirationI got there Mr Lamont Ford asked me what did I need done to my vehicle. I explained to him that I wanted them to check my power steering hose and I didn’t need it to be diagnosed. I already knew what the problem was. He insisted that it had to be diagnosed which would be more money and an all day experience. I had an appointment at 8:30 but I was there all day until noon. The sad part about it is that no one came to me to let me know the status of where they were on my vehicle. I went to Mr Ford and asked him about what was going on with my vehicle. He got an attitude and told me that I could be there all day. Because of the diagnosis. Which I didn’t need!!! Then he told me wait 10 minutes. And he kept on about his business.
