From start to finish this sale was meant to be! I reached out after seeing the Joose Sahara online. After speaking with Shelley, I promptly received a text from Riley confirming it was ok to text, and confirming the vehicle I was interested in. From there, I got a video message from Donald, addressing me personally, with a video of the Jeep, because we all know online pix never do the justice! Update 1/12: When we picked up our Jeep it started making a clicking noise. Called to have this rectified and the service shop refuses to take responsibility or fix the issue they caused within our vehicle engine. Spoke with Blake the manager and all he would state is "due to you leaving us a bad review we will not service you". This service is the reason for a bad review. Took my Jeep here for a warranty issue. (Before being told there’s no record of me: the service work was under my fiancé’s name.) They were quick to respond and professional during the scheduling process. The estimate was completed promptly, and I had my Jeep back within a week, which was appreciated. Edited to provide update: I took my vehicle to a different mechanic. They fixed everything for $235 and did a professional job. This is substantially lower than the outlandish quote of $7,500 I recieved from this Walker dealership which the Service guy at Walker lied about. The mechanic that fixed my vehicle performed a pressure test on the coolant system and confirmed that the Service department at the Walker dealership was not telling the truth when they claimed I needed a new thermostat housing and new hose. It was also confirmed that I do not need new ball joints nor did I need to buy a brand new shock system. Ladies and gentlemen, please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this Walker dealership. Highly recommend Walker CDJR if you're in the market for a vehicle. I'm based in Lafayette, so purchasing a vehicle some two hours out can be intimidating. My dealer Kaitlyn LaFleur responded to me promptly, sent videos and pictures to ease my mind, and made the buying process straightforward and painless. They were also able to provide me an 'out-the-door' price, which they stood by upon arrival. Greatly appreciate the professionalism of Walker. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here to be serviced unless you like to be scammed. They tried to charge me for a part that isn't broke. They told me that the part might break when the technician is working on something else. They tried charging me an additional $500 for a $30 part. This was all before they even started working on my vehicle. Make sure you get a detailed list of everything before you say yes to any repairs! They will try to scam you! My service technician was Andrew Vost. Do not talk to him, he will try to squeeze more unnecessary money out of you!
