From start to finish, Ben and Ashley went above and beyond to keep me informed, reassured, and taken care of. Just like Walker Toyota, see my review, this place also has terrible management and some of the worst employees I have ever encountered. They kept my vehicle for over a week for minor repairs paid by insurance due to a fender bender. Once it was finally ready I went to pick it up and they had “forgotten” to do 3 major repairs that were billed for but they didn’t do. I really think someone needs to call the Louisiana Insurance Commission die to their dishonest practices. 1. The car needed a front end alignment, it had gotten off during the wreck and the steering wheel was askew. I specifically told BEN that this needed to be done when I dropped it off. 2. They forgot to apply the Toyota protectant film on the fender they repaired. So it didn’t match the other one. 3. They forgot to repla

Had some rear bumper and quarter panel damage on my wife’s Accord. Contacted Walkers and got an estimate and scheduled a repair date. It took only 3 days to repair. Dina explained the process and ordered the parts. I was notified when the replacement parts arrived and the process went off without a problem and the car looks great again.
