I had my eye on a 2018 Road Glide that was up here. I went numerous times here and some other HD dealerships looking at similar bikes. When I went in, I told them I was just looking. They were ready to answer or help but not pushy at all. Finally I made my mind up that I was going to get it, when I went there James Comer was very helpful. He got me a deal less than what I expected to pay for it. The process was smooth and painless. And I love the new bike.

You can't test ride there bikes. Who is going to spend money on a used as is motorcycle without test riding it first. I asked if we could just ride it in the lot. The salesman said it's policy. No test ride no sale. They must think consumers are stupid.

This place is a joke. I was there twice with cash offers that they declined. Offered to pay sticker price out the door. No negotiation. Very inexperienced sales guys. Won’t let you test ride bikes. Bikes are all dirty. Sales manager is laughable. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable dealer.

I am a 53 year old male who went into Jack Walker Powersports today. I picked out a 2010 HD Softail Deluxe that had several major flaws in the gas tank. I told them to give me a price. Now I have my checkbook with me ready to pay cash today. They said the price is what’s on the bike. No negotiation at all. Sales person was really a Di**. I just left. There are to many places that will be more than happy to take a cash deal and negotiate. I think I was interrupting these guys from watching the Reds game.

Had a positive experience all around. The gentleman who assisted me, Mr. Jason Pence, was consummate professional from start to finish. All my questions were answered, requests for additional pictures and details were granted, and everything was handled smoothly. Others staff members even stepped in to assist as necessary. Highly recommend asking for Jason if you're there to check out a bike or vehicle.
