⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5: Highly Recommended I’ve had body work and painting done on both a truck and an SUV at Wallace Auto and Collision, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality of their work is absolutely top-notch, and the service is just as outstanding. Jim truly listens to any concerns and clearly takes pride in doing the best job possible. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel this confident in the work being done. I always know my vehicles are in good hands here. I highly recommend Wallace Auto and Collision to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work and reliable service!

Called them for an estimate after my wife was rear ended. Jim came to my work to take the photos and I had the estimate the following morning. We're still waiting for the other driver's insurance company to get back to us, but getting the estimate was super smooth and fast. My wife and I certainly appreciated the swift response time and how easy it was to work with Jim. Highly recommend Wallace Auto! :)

My wife took some wheels and tires in for me to be mounted and balanced. Reasonable price and seemed like good service. After I mounted them on my truck and drove on them they were horrible. Like riding a lawnmower in the yard. Took them to another shop to have them checked and rebalanced, and they were astonished at how out of balance they were. After my wife called back they basically told her since I didn’t bring them back to them, it wasn’t their problem. Why would I bring them back if they didn’t do it right the first time? They were extremely rude to her when she called and informed them of the issues. Will not be back.

Wallace Auto and Collision alway perform their best work! Jim is a perfectionist and wants all coming out of his shop looking like new! Customer service is most important to these guys! Will always recommend, keep up the good work!

Brother came to get tires mounted and balanced and the screwed it up so bad that he had to take them somewhere else. Do not recommend. Rude when the problem got brought up would rate 0 stars if I could
