They really saved me in a pinch!! I had an issue with a battery terminal and they managed to get my car done on very short notice and for such a reasonable price! I usually expect to be bled dry from mechanics(lia honda charges an arm and a leg for anything) but the price felt honest and more than fair :) i will always try to come back here if i need work done on my car.

BBB REPORTED IMMEDIATELY : Worst experience in car industry!! Wallace charged customer $80 for a tire valve. Owners Truck was driven on the northway 87 without permission damaging vehicle drivetrain as well as body was damaged. GARAGE UNDER INVESTIGATION, BEWARE. Wallace Auto can't be trusted

I set up an appointment for an inspection sticker, showed up on time, the guy Derek who I had set up the appointment with, wasn't friendly, and told me over the phone that it takes around 45 minutes to complete. I waited in the area, and about an hour later, I walked back to the waiting lobby, a man in a truck had just pulled up before I was getting there, and it turns out he was going for an inspection as well, and after he was taken care of, I was asked why I was there, I said I was there for an inspection, he asked me if I made and appointment, I said yes, it was for 11. Then he proceeded to to asked me for my information again, and I said I'm already on the list, and that I made an appointment 2 days prior.
