I had an amazing experience getting my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport from Wallace Imports. I'm from Wilmington NC (6 hrs outside of JC), and Chris Reed at Wallace really took care of me. He was great with his communication, thoughtful when it comes to sending pictures/videos and information, and reassuring when I had concerns that it might be sold before I got there. When I arrived the whole team was courteous and friendly, from Joey in financing to the gentleman that the front desk. I also got an amazing deal on an amazing car, which drove back home 6 hours with no fuss no muss. My wife and I have never had such exceptional service as we did at Wallace. We were getting a used vehicle and these men went above and beyond for us. Not just the ones specifically dealing with us but the whole team. Much thanks to the best Eric and Buddy and the manager fighting tooth and nail. I was in a 2021 Subaru Outback but wanted something bigger. Dan Witt greeted us when we came to the dealership. Very nice and friendly. We originally were looking to just get some information but we decided to go ahead and get ourselves into a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was not pushy like some salesmen are. He definitely went above and beyond for us. I absolutely love this car. I 10/10 recommend you go by and see him.
