Friendly staff, but missed the real tire issue. I stopped at this tire shop in Waller, TX while driving from Houston to Austin because my tire kept losing air. The staff was friendly and made great conversation that helped calm my frustration while I was on the road — I really appreciated that hospitality. They checked my tire, said the valve stem was leaking, and charged $20 to replace it. I left thinking the problem was fixed. Unfortunately, the next morning my tire was completely flat again. I went to another tire repair shop, and they showed me the valve stem hadn’t been replaced at all — the issue was actually with the tire itself, not the stem valve I ended up having to buy a new tire. I’m disappointed because another shop quickly found what this one missed. I recommend anyone com
Forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my tires and my car was involved in a collision directly after. Double check their work but you're better off not dealing with them. DO NOT GO THERE.
I had such a positive experience at Waller Tire Shop today. I needed 4 tires installed on my car today and the owner had me in and out quicker than any of the Tire Shops around him. He is also THE ONLY one with a Tire Balancer which the other nearby shops DO NOT HAVE! I was tricked by another shop and had a horrible shake at 6-80mph. Waller Tire Shops fixed this problem and I just came back to get 4 new tires. I only recommend this tire shop. If you are in the Hockley/Waller area there’s no need to go anywhere else, the owner will take care of you.
I stopped by on a Sunday morning..I thought I had a rock in my breaks. I ended up having no breaks at all! They quickly put new breaks on for me. Great service! I will definitely keep giving them my business. Thank you!!
Went here to get something fixed on my car and turns out they had caused more damage to the car thank actually fixing my issue. They aren’t taking responsibility and now I’m here down even money due to their mistakes. Please stay away from this place because they haven’t been helpful at all.
