Wallkill Car Wash

BAIT AND SWITCH. The kiosk where you pay says free unlimited vacuuming. Except they don’t have a vacuum. And when you ask, the employees laugh at you. The main reason to wash my car was to get the dog hair out of the carpet. 20 bucks later I got nothing. Never coming back.

I just got my car washed left pulled back into work and realized that there’s still spots all over my car. I drove straight back to the car wash to tell the lady I wanted a refund because my car is not washed and she says that they don’t give refunds. The only reason I pulled up there is because it said free vacuuming from the street and there are no vaccumes to use. They shouldn't have a business.

Every time I go- during business hours- they’re closed, lately. 8:30 am or 5 pm, 5:30 pm. I bought the unlimited washes that now does me no good, because every time I try to wash my car, they’re closed 😡

It's not the best car wash around, but for $7, what do you expect. They close earlier than what is posted, and the wash doesn't clean the car fully. Once again, for $7 what do you expect in a automated car wash. No one wipes off the car for you, and you have to vacuum the inside of the car yourself. The best feature this car wash has is an unlimited wash for $21 a month. Go everyday if you like. Get your money worth. Its not like you are getting full service like in the city, but the key word is $7.

Used this place today and I am very disappointed. I paid 15- and it was just a crappy job. The woman was alone and only sprayed 1 side of the pre-treatment. The scrubbers inside are missing half of the necessary parts and spots were all over the vehicle. This place should just close already. I won't be using them anymore and I don't reccommend anyone use it either.
