Walmart Auto Care Center

What a great facility. Driving through on a road trip when our tire blew. An employee named Joshua went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Thanks so much for helping us!!

They’re the only Walmart auto center that I’ve ever been to that makes appointments, which is okay if they used them. So they get mad don’t want to help you if you don’t have an appointment, but if you do make an appointment it doesn’t hold your tires or anything else, just your time slot. I asked the mechanic what’s the point in making an appointment if you have to start from scratch when you get here and then don’t have inventory? He said that’s not my job I just put tires on. Problem is the person whose job it is, is never behind the desk. Bristol or Lebanon Walmart is far better worth the few miles extra to stay away from the Abingdon Walmart.

I met a gentleman who works here who turned my day around after Walmart sold the tires a bought. If it weren’t for the one associate I would have had a horrible day. Now it’s just a bad day. It’s not the workers at the Walmarts fault this happened

There was a gentleman who went out of his way to help me with my car when another establishment did not do my oil change correctly. He checked my levels and corrected it to keep my engine from messing up. He was so kind. Its great to know that there are good people that care. I will deffinitely be giving them my business moving forward with my oil change needs.
