Walmart Auto Care Center

Sending all the shout outs to Mr. Jeter at Walmart auto center who put air in my tire. I was struggling to do it on my own at a nearby gas station and swung by for help. He put air in all the tires and told me that gas station air pumps can be faulty. Now I have no tire pressure warnings and it was free (unlike Shell). Yay! He was friendly and fast as well. Thanks Mr. Jeter!

No wonder they have a 1 star rating, if I could give them negative star I would. How is it that I’m transferred dozens of times to be met with no wrong dept, I’m sorry they probably in the bay and can’t hear, it’s complete BS. If they can care less to answer the phone imagine the cut corner care they put into the work on your car. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had an appointment at 8 a.m. to get my tires replaced, and was there at 7:50 a m., in my opinion if you have an appointment somewhere, the business or person in charge should not take any other customers at that time unless the customer with the appointment does not show. Me being there 10 min before my appointment, they have both tire maintenance bays full and i had to wait an hour and a half for my vehicle to be pulled in/started on, and they didn't get the job done until 11 a.m. That's 3 hours I waited for them to replace 4 tires which shouldn't have took but 30 min, especially with an appointment. Now to there defense they were short staffed with only 2 people working and I'm not saying the work they do is bad but like I said, an appointment is made for a reason, and waiting 3 hours

I don't know how to pronounce the guy's name he said his name was you he checked all my tires and put air in them

Although they never pick up the phone, they installed my new tires for a great price when I just showed up without an appointment. The wait was a bit long but worth it for the price.
