Walmart Auto Care Center

I'm going to give them a 5 star for now. My appointment for a 4 tire install was at 9am. I was wrapped up and finished in 45 minutes. I've been driving it since and so far so good. James S and Gage B were fantastic. I will be back again with another vehicle for sure.

Never again will I ever come here to replace tires. Service was extremely rude. They broke a tire sensor and wasn't even going to tell us. The only person that took the time to help was a Bryan. Thank you Bryan!!!! Everyone else needs to go to a customer service school. If it qas their car they be upset as well. But since it wasn't theirs they didn't care

There is a plastic skid plate that they only put 2 of the 4 screws in which caused the wind to be able to catch it and drag the ground. Once I realized what it was it was too late, it had scraped a a giant hole in it. I tried calling the store 6 days in a row at different times of the day and nobody would answer. I finally called the generic customer service number and they promised to send me a form to fill out. They never did.

Absolutely the worse place possible to take your vehicle. They broke the seal to my oil pan and now I'm in the process of filing a claim and no surprise NOBODY will answer the phone in this department. You have to drive there to even see if they can fit you in because as I said NOBODY answers. If it was not for another place changing my oil this time and noticing the specific blue sealant they use I would have never known. I have been in the store while they just sit and let the phone ring and ring like they are doing this very moment. Manger was great in helping me with my claim but as far as any other person in that department its garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called 3-5 times if not more to see if they had certain tires in store and nobody answered, got sent to front desk number for walmart multiple times. Drive all the way there with a stripped tire with metal showing just for them to say its online only. Have to drive to eastgate who ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE! And hope I don’t crash from this tire on the way there. Horrible service two people working and one is outside freaking out with a vape. Theres no reason one of them couldn’t have answered the phone I clearly saw behind the man in store. Terrible staff clearly needs re training or fired.
