Walmart Auto Care Center

On hold for 35 minutes. While on hold left downtown during rush hour. Drove 25 minutes. Waited in line. Plenty of employees. Som were sitting down looking at their phone. No one answers calls.

We were driving from Texas to Canada and one tire kept dropping and everyone we called was closing. We pulled up and they came out to the car and assessed it and there was a nail outside the tread. So, we said we would get a hotel and be back in the morning. They verified they had the tire. So we pulled to the side to find a hotel. Then they waved us over and said they could take care of it so we didn’t have to do that. Very polite, accommodating and professional. Thank you so much to the team here.

I had an incident where a trailer up ahead of me blew out a trailer tire. The gator skin flew out into traffic hitting a car and then bounced off and underneath my car. There was no avoiding it. As soon as it happened I pulled over and pulled the piece of tire out from under my car. It had busted all the clips the connect the splash guard to the heat shield and the heat shield was pulled down. I tucked it back under the rubber splash guard but I knew it would be a problem when I still had 1k more miles to go! I called every repair shop etc. listed. One really nice guy by the pilot off exit 78 told me to go to the Walmart tire center. Terrell was so nice and all the mechanics listened and went above and beyond!! They got me fixed up and now I’m about to start rolling again! I’m a

Called the tire centre before driving 35 miles to get there and they asked me to come. Was there 30 mins before they close for the day but they refuse to install the new tire that l will be buying from them claiming that they are rounding up for the day and l should come back in the morning. Implored the receptionist to consider me since l'm out of town and that was the closest Walmart but she refused. Highly disappointed

The slowest automotive center I’ve ever used everything takes hours and service is always insanely slow. I’ve come here twice and both times took 3+ hrs just for a basic oil change
