Walmart Auto Care Center

In the past my dealings with automotive at wal mart have not been great. However, today I had a tire issue with very little time to spare before a very important appointment. They got me in quick, found the issue, fixed it and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. They exceeded my expectations today! Thank you!

Great team in here, everyone had a good attitude and was hard working. They were good at answering questions about my vehicle and offering solutions. It is night and day difference from the Ponca City, OK Auto care center where everyone is always behind and angry. It is a bunch of disorganization at the PC auto care center.

I was told that I had a nail in my rear tire at Rusty eck when I got a oil change. My tires are from Walmart so I had their warranty. I went to Walmart and they told me my tires were warn and couldn't be repaired. I assumed that since they couldn't repair it had the nail. The next day my front tire started leaking air. So the rear tire they told me couldn't be fixed did not even need to be fixed. So I bought two tires and I still have a tire with a nail. Beware Walmart Tire in ark city they may scam you.Beware!!!

Very good experiences going here. Haven't had any issues. I'm fact, they noticed I had veteran plates and they took care of a technical issue without any problems or pushback. Great service! Thank you.

They don't know what they are talking about at all make you wait almost 2 hrs before they told me they couldn't do the service on my car. Told me wrong pricing had to drive all the wait out there because I didn't think my son had enough money just to get there and see that he told me the wrong amount. Extremely slow
