Walmart Auto Care Center

Order made online, 4 tires. Also paid for installation. I was present at 10:50, I myself and 3 others waited 4mins for the front desk clerk to flirt with a friend. Due to my appointment being at 10. This location has 2 areas for service. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. I watch her (clerk) show poor customer to the individuals in front of me. As directed by app I was to show order number and ID. I asked first was I in the correct area. She responded with an attitude, which I overlooked because it was obvious she wasn't feeling well and irritated. However it wasn't displayed with the gentleman earlier while we all waited. DO NOT COME HERE! i had my oil changed and noticed a smell after driving for a day or two - they left the cap off and oil was splashing out into my engine. super dangerous and frustrating. i was on my way out of town and glad i checked before driving a long way. took 4+ people to figure out how to give me a refund as well. heed the advice of other reviewers and go somewhere else. the oil change may be cheap but you get what you pay for at walmart. Believe all of the other reviews. Unprofessional and no concept of time or prioritization. I came here for ONE TIRE. I was the first customer to come. There was an employee that also wanted to get tires done. Guess what they did? Took the employee before me. Now why would you do the employee’s car first when he’s AT WORK for however many hours and getting 4 tires done when you could do the actual customer FIRST? Let me reiterate, the employee is currently working. They literally have the employee’s entire shift to get the work done. As long as the work is complete by the time the employee gets off of work, why does it matter what order you take the employee in. I also want to reiterate that I’m only getting ONE TIRE. You can get service done but then to go back and get something check is almost impossible I've been fired twice to try to get my battery checked since the light comes on when driving but it has not been looked at yet. I attempted to make a appointment which they said would be a good idea online and it would not work on the app Walmart+.

The Car Care Service department is completely unprofessional, immature, and chaotic. I overheard workers joking about wanting to do donuts in my car, which is absolutely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers and their vehicles. This location seriously needs new management or should be shut down altogether. The staff act more like teenagers than grown men, showing no maturity or professional mindset to handle their work environment. There’s too much shady behavior and bad attitudes coming from that shop. I would never bring my vehicle back there again. Walmart needs to clean house before trusting this team with anyone’s car.
