Your gonna wait, and wait. Make an appointment first, but don't expect anyone to answer the phone. I tried twice both times it timed out. When I got the the older gentleman without an appointment (to get a flat fixed) heads you need an appointment, I tell him I tried no one answers the phone. His reply "You have to go online " like how about just answering your phone. He tells me it'll be a couple of hours. So you first wait to have a work order made. Then you are gonna wait for service to be preformed(expected) Now you shop, go to the subway inside and wait for your text that service is complete (nice feature as you don't have to sit in service area) You get your text, you go to service desk and now you wait, wait, wait as no one is there, there's a line of people all waiting to check

Nobody answers the phone. Zero organization. 4 guys in garage messing around, tossing stuff around. Can’t get my valve stem fixed for 2 days. Under staffed perhaps? Horrible!!

Worst experience I've ever had. I tried booking online to do tires and appointment. Website was not cooperating. I tried calling 4 times ( 2 times back to back and 2 other times like an hour apart). Finally I decided to walk in. One cashier that was helping someone in line. Customer left to retrieve something. I waited and waited, not even acknowledged to say "hey sorry we will be right with you". After an hour waiting in line I was able to book an appointment for tires and buy tires. Day of the appointment was better, but I had to wait 2 hours to change out 4 tires with an appointment. They don't like having an employee at the service center, so you'll be waiting around until someone finally comes out with an attitude.

Excellent service from Adrian and Eric. They help assisted installing my windshield wipers and even gave me self help information on how to install them by myself they had amazing customer service I didn’t have to wait and they were very very kind and helpful will be coming back to this location because of their outstanding customer service

It says on my paperwork that they refilled my windshield wiper fluid with my oil change, I just tried using it and after 2 uses its completely empty. Now i question if they even changed my oil and filter.
