To the gentlemen of the auto center- you did what no other Auto center was able to do. As a walk-in, you diagnosed the issue with my car in seconds. You were professional, congenial and further, went way out of your way. You had me up and running in minutes. All of this with incredible accuracy. Your courtesy and kindness was unparalleled. This Hilltopper is grateful .Thank you all.

Went in to get a small hole patched in a tire from a roofing nail. Waited over an hour with no update on my vehicle. After asking, I was told that they were “almost done.” After another 30 minutes, I asked for another update and they stated that the tire was still leaking after patching it. Long story short after over two hours and them attempting to patch the tire four different times, it was still leaking. I took my vehicle to a different shop and they were able to patch the tire successfully within 15 minutes. I would definitely not recommend getting any vehicle work done at this location.

The worst tire buying experience ever! I paid 600 ish online for 4 tires, installation and full roadside. Full payment was taken from my credit card! After the tires were installed they charged my wife an additional 112.00 for installation and wouldn't give her the keys until she paid up. Showed them the receipt that we already paid for this online and they still wanted to charge her. I told her pay it and we will never again come back! I have been buying tires from Walmart for years and have never had this issue. Stay far away from Beaver Damn Walmart! My wife's co-workers warned her about this location and I should have listened! Never again!

Ordered tires for the vehicle, I showed up about an hour earlier than my appointment time . The shop wasn't busy and got me in right away. Service was very good and they let me know that one of the TPMS sensors had not reset as it should. They told me to drive a few miles and if it didn't reset, to come back and have it checked out. It reset and all is well. Tires look good and the car rides and handles fine. There is no road noise or interior cabin noise. The car is very responsive on wet or dry roads. Dec 22, 2022. The big winter storm came rolling in. I had to make a 80 mile trip for a part that I needed. With 3-5 inches of snow on the ground, these tires didn't miss a beat. Took truck to get new tires put on they dropped it off the lift and broke the front shocks and tried to say it was drove in like that. Then today 11/29/22 I took my wife's car there to get tires put on said it would be 45min to a hour to put on. I walked around wallmart for over a hour and then went back to check on the progress and they hadn't even pulled the car in yet said it would be 45min to a hour before they could get to it I canceled and will never go through wallnart auto center again very unprofessional and don't no what there doing.
