Walmart Auto Care Center

So where do I begin? With the snowfall that we recieved I do not have a garage to do an oil change or tire rotation, so I went walmart store #1763 on 4001 college ave, bluefield, va. I asked for a tire rotation, an oil change, and to check my tires for holes due low tire pressure warning light. When the service was finished I paid them $58.88 for my oil change and tire rotation was free because I bought tires there. I left and started back home and made it about 3 miles from the store when the skid plate fell from under my car. I parked and looked under the car to discover my skid plate bent and broken and missing hardware. I called the auto center back, and the guy I was on the phone with told me "come back and we will see if we can't zip tie it back up". I told him I would be okay with

We ordered my husband's tires from Walmart.com and had them delivered to Walmart.They sent me a meassage several times to make an appointment to have them installed..So I called and spoke with someone and asked if the size of the tire would be a problem , they said no , so we made an appointment. Well we waited all day on The appointment , the only opening they had while my husband was off work for the weekend. We got there and a guy finally came up to ask what we needed..We told him we had an appointment and had tires were ordered. He then walked over to the truck to tell us that they have been turning people away that have custom rims and he can't do the installation. Shout out to Bluefield, VA Walmart Tire Center After having two trailer tire blowouts overnight on 81, we were out of spares. We pulled into the tire center in the morming with no appt and hoping they would be able to fit us in the next few days while in the area. Within an hour, we had two new tires, balanced, new stems on both wheels. Everyone we dealt with was kind and gracious, nice to our kids and made us feel welcome. We could NOT have asked for better service. Thank you.

Sorry bunch works here. Came in for an oil change, they opened at 7 from what online said. I got there at 8:30. Only 2 cars in the garage and 1 of which he had just finished doing. Got out my vehicle and was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait cause they was about to go take break. Like really? 2hrs? There’s no tiger car here besides mine and 1 in the shop. So I pulled over to the side, and as I’m sitting on the side 4 more cars pull in and he pulls one of them in immediately after the pulled up to the shop door! So why tell me 2 hrs but then pull someone in as soon as they get there? Like I said, sorry bunch of people at this shop.

I haven’t been here in a long time but needed 4 tires so I booked online got there and still had to wait over 20 mins to get checked in and man oh man the lack of professionalism is like no other
