Walmart Auto Care Center

I came in with a bad tire on my van and no idea how I was going to get home. But Taylor went above and beyond to find a replacement tire and explained things every step of the way. It was cheap too.

Must say every time I come here they always help me an do it right! Got there at 6:20 today after being turned away from Guntersville Walmart an they went out of there way an got my tire changed an they was short handed and I’m so thankful for them helping me get my bad tire changed out! Must say never have had a bad experience with Boaz tire service! Thank you so much today very blessed and not to be sitting on the side of the road with a blow out!

First experience in Walmarts auto center. Staff was super helpful. Service was fast, about 30 minutes for a battery change. Good price, $159 (2022 toyota corolla). Oreilly would be $279. No thanks. I did my grocery shopping. There is a cart outside to leave it so you won't have to walk all the way to the front of the store.

Jan 10th I went for a battery replacement it is now March 8th no problem with my car cranking but my son popped the hood because I said it was not running right and the intake removed to replace the battery had been laying to the side the whole time 😠

First off rude and unprofessional. A month ago they did not know if something in their department was on sale. Second they never answer their phones. They claim to never have enough help so they closed 3 hours early last night dec. 16th. Not very helpful. The ones that run the registers however are the best. Very respectable and hard working. They need better caring and knowledgeable mechanics though.
