Walmart Auto Care Center

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I normally never let anyone else change my oil, but this was the first time I did, and I’m really glad I chose the Walmart Auto Care Center in Luling. I brought in Black Beauty, my 2014 Ford Explorer, for an oil change and had an excellent experience. Jayden and Colby were professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of my vehicle. They explained everything clearly and even showed me my air filter and oil level afterward, which I really appreciated. Big thanks as well to Seth (team lead) and Nelda (manager) for running such a well-organized, customer-focused operation. I left feeling confident my Explorer was properly serviced. Highly recommend this location and team!

Tried to do a walk-in, they told me that only by appointment. Made the appointment. The system allows me to make appointment at 16:30 and 17:30, I chose 16:30. They call me at 15:30 and tell me that they cannot take me. Mediocre service.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and waited for like two hours. After a while, I went up and checked after so many other cars showed up after me and were serviced. Turns out, my car never went into their system. I could’ve been waiting for hours longer. No apologies. No discount. Nothing. Avoid.

To have a worker tell you to quit wasting there time is unbelievable

I needed a tire because it kept going flat due to a slow leak. Called tire center customer service at Walmart on to find out if they had a tire for my car model in stock and they did. I just needed to get there and they would fix it and gave me the price for tire with labor included. Service was completed in less than an hour. Store employees were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend.
