Just the absolute bottom of the barrel experience. Starting off with everything is first come first serve, which has its merits. But when you show up at the advertised 7am opening time only to be met with a paper sign on the door that says they don't open until 8 it is not a good start. Follow that by coming inside to meet with the department manager who has the personality of a brillo pad. I am very clear as to my needs, mount a set of tires. They are the same exact size, they even have a slightly HIGHER load rating. They take my information, take my keys and tell me that it will be late afternoon, despite being the first person in for service. So much for first come first served. Went in for new tires. Preordered and scheduled at Walmart.com Bozeman is busy and especially this time of year. Went in with a very patient attitude. Explained I wanted to add the $10/per tire roadside hazard (tire protection plan basically). Janice was unable to even let me get a word in. Long story short had to go to in store manager, who got a hold of some upper manager. They had to tell Janice to do the roadside hazard per company policy I investigated and found. She was just plain not wanting to do her job. She made it very clear she was in charge of the tire shop and I had no other option. Prepaid for tires on my 4 runner online. also traveled over 100 miles one way to get them mounted to have the older guy tell me"Im not mounting them their the wrong size" they weren't and they were the same size as my spare. After arguing with the employee the manager who looked absolutely disgusting... like hadn't showered in weeks tells me no can't do it. You all just wanted to not do your jobs. Have a waiver or something for people to sign the tires I came in on were unsafe. I even asked if I could borrow a jack to do it myself but got laughed at. no one would help. Hated the experience hated getting treated and talked down to. Absolutely nothing good to say. Shame on all of them. Also I prepaid for this and didn't get them on my car. I had such a frustrating experience the other day with some seriously bad customer service. The team lead Janice cut in on my chat with the cashier. Apparently, there was food in the break room, which felt like a really weird reason to interrupt. It felt so unnecessary and rude, honestly. I was just trying to discuss my service needs. It really threw me off and ruined the whole vibe. I hope they're trained better on how to handle situations like that. It was a pretty disappointing interaction.

I was harassed by a security 'guard' while I was getting my tires changed because I sat on a couch. All the seats in the autocenter were taken so what would you have done?? The guy told me to sit on the cold metal benches in front of the store with the most heavy traffic...No-Thanks. Fix your hours too. Walmart should be open 24 hrs
