DO NOT GO HERE. They break your car and don’t do anything about it. Manager is zero help. Tire guys broke the cap for my lugnuts on my rim and they claim there’s nothing they can do. Even though I just paid $800!!! RUN FROM HERE. Trash!

Trust the reviews. Avoid the auto care center. Even for basics like buying a battery for carry out.

The staff in the Bristow tire shop are excellent. I recently bought four tires with road hazard at this location. I had a problem with a slow leak on one and returned. The manager was very helpful on both visits and seemed to really care about customer service. All the other staff were helpful and friendly as well. Thank you!! I would highly recommend this location.

I would give a better rating. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they always leave grease from their shoes on my wife's Yukon 's tan floor mats. I've shown this to them and told them I would clean it. I've tried to remember to put a towel rag on the floor to protect them, but don't always remember. I've told them they should put a throw away paper on the floor boards themselves like most places do. However they have not done this. I would go to another place if it wasn't so far.

I got a flat tire traveling from Fayetteville AR to Edmond OK for a tournament. We were able to get to the Bristow Walmart Auto Center where Wesley and the rest of the technicians immediately went to work. They quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repair to the tire, thoroughly checked for any other damage, and had us back on the road in an hour. I’m so grateful.
