We had an urgent need to replace two tires on our trailer, after one blew out, the night before a Fourth of July. We called & asked if they could help us with new tires last minute. They stayed a little after closing, helped us put on new tires, were extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile to help us. The two guys - Taylor and Phil - were AWESOME and deserve all the recognition in the world.

I need to preface this review by noting that I had previously given this location a 5/5 stars, and I have been going here for nearly two years to get my oil changed. I will no longer be going to this location to have my oil changed or my tires repaired. In the past, the workers were always friendly, and if there was a wait, the wait was generally less than what I was told it would be. Further, the technicians were always kind as they explain anything about the oil change or tire service provided. However, on my last visit, I was not only treated disrespectfully, I was treated as if I was a problem when I came as a paying customer. Walmart Auto Care Center in Butler MO was fantastic. The associates were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. They performed the tire service we requested quickly and correctly. We have used this car care center for.many many years and have never had any problems with them or their service. They've always been great!

We were just sold a bill of goods about replacing a battery cable. I’m a 67 year old female and I know better than this… the guy said the new battery cable would need to attach to the fuse box. Come on now! The negative cable attaches to the body and the positive cable attaches to the alternator then attaches to the battery! Where in the world do they find these guys?!!?

Friday afternoon was busier than I thought, and faster than I assumed. We barely finished our shopping and the oil changed was finished. In no time we were checked out and on our way. Fast, friendly, and efficient, as it should be.
