Walmart Auto Care Center

Literally the slowest people work here. Go somewhere else. I was at Walmart for almost 2 hours, and they still hadn’t even touched my tire. I even took the tire off myself to make it easier for them and told them they didn’t have to put it back on the vehicle. It wasn’t until I started complaining that someone finally said they could repair it. By that point, I was fed up and left. Went to another shop and was in and out in 10 minutes for the same simple tire patch. Had plans to come back on Sunday to get oil changed, and four new tires put on but walmart tire center lost my business.

I made an appointment for an oil change for my daughter at the Cabot Supercenter. I have used Walmart for years with multiple cars to get oil changes, new tires, etc. Her tire pressure was showing low on all 4 tires. I assured her they would take care of it but she said she asked too when dropped off, (this was her first oil change by herself). I called later and she said the pressure light was still low and PSI in all tires was showing the same as when she took it in. I called the store and asked is checking tire pressure not routine? Mind you, I made a reservation for days in advance and all he could say is “well we were busy today”. So frustrated! And after so many years of using Walmart, I will find another place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Walmart brand never disappoints with terrible customer service, excessive defensiveness and arguing and they’re never wrong. I didn’t choose to use Walmart. Unfortunately the car I own has Walmart tires. But getting them to honor a warranty in a hassle free fashion must not be part of their mission. At this point warranties thru Walmart are useless.

Big shoutout to Greg at Walmart Auto Care! I was in a bind and really needed new tires fast. Greg came through same day with a quick install and found me the best deal in town. Super helpful, friendly, and got me back on the road in no time.

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Was also supposed to have my headlights cleaned but that did not happen. My oil life was also not reset. Very disappointing after what was already a difficult day
