Huge shoutout to Walmart for redefining what “customer service” means. Ordered tires online, scheduled an install, showed up for my appointment… and surprise! They didn’t have everything needed to actually install them. Instead of fixing the issue, they canceled my installation appointment and tried to send me home with four unmounted tires like I was just going to toss them in the passenger seat or slap them on myself in the driveway. Since they closed the order, I couldn’t even reschedule. Brilliant. After chasing them down and finally getting another appointment, I show up only to be told I need to pay for installation again—something I had already paid for when I bought the tires. I have been 7 times to get an oil change here in the past month each time arriving around 5p and they proceed to close the doors and say they are closing or don’t have time, even when there is only one car in line. Should update the closing time since they clearly don’t stay open until 7p.

Got a flat tire coming into town from Indiana after the worst day of my life and Mac and Arie (not sure if these are spelled correctly) stayed over late to help get the tire fixed and us back on the road. Acts of kindness returning my faith in humanity!

Calhoun, Ga so everyone knows. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I was told one hour wait. That’s fine, no problem. I bought groceries, had cold food. It took TWO HOURS! I can change the oil in an 18 wheeler in 45 minutes! They did absolutely NOTHING about it, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY, just excuses! I’ve been a regular customer there for seven years, even bought $200 worth of groceries (which were in my cart) but I will NEVER be back! Don’t waste your time or money at this Walmart.

Mechelle was very nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about products and merchandise and I could see she did the job of at least 2 employees in my time waiting for my vehicle. I seen her not only helping customers but also other employees as well. She was very polite to everyone my whole time there. The auto techs were very busy as well, but they really kept things moving pretty fast. All were very polite.
