Walmart Auto Care Center

My first time ever using the auto center and was a bit concerned given some of the other reviews. That said, my experience was excellent! I had an appointment at 11a to install 2 tires I bought via the WM website. By 11:45a everything was done! The technicians and service people were all friendly and professional. The tires were affordable. And honestly this was the easiest tire transaction I have ever had! 👍👍👍

Needed two tires due to hitting something on the roadway. Let me tell you all out of the four closest auto care enters to this one out performs the others by a landslide. I don't know what their manager does differently than the rest but, everyone was extremely professional and they pleasantly let me know that they would be able to take care of me same day when the others said "appointment only". Ill keep coming up from Woodstock from here on out!

There was a mistake in the oil change of my car. BUT, they took care of it, there was never any push back at all, they were very friendly and open about what happened. They even went over the options to get it fixed, with my paying for it and then them reimbursing me being the fastest and easiest way to get it fixed. Not common in the auto care industry today where they are willing to take ownership of their mistakes and correct it no questions asked.

Only Walmart in 50 miles that had the set of tires that I needed. Staff was friendly. Although I did end up waiting for an additional undisclosed amount of time. My car was done and I had to ask about it before they told me it was ready. But when spending time at the repair show I pack my patience and a portable charger. Will definitely go back for my tire service needs

I am giving the shop a 2/5 because i waited in the shop waiting area for two and a half hours to get two tires put on my truck. That was with an appointment! I can’t imagine how long you would have to wait without an appointment. Sure, I saved $40.00 here, but I would have gladly paid the additional $40.00 to not have to wait in the uncomfortable shop frustrated with the lack of updates and and two and a half hour wait. If I were you, I would pay the extra money to go down the road to a local tire shop. You’ll get much better attention there. I gave them a 2/5 because the tires did end up on my truck eventually and there were no installation issues.
