Been getting my oil changed here for 10 years with 3 different vehicles. Everyone has always been nice and super prompt.

We took them a battery in that would not start our truck ! Skye was the tech. that helped us and promptley put it on the tester for extensive evaluation, and it was defective. Skye answered all our questions and was very helpful, he had a new battery ready to go without wait. We would recommend Skye with the highest regard !!!!!!

Guy at the desk had no idea what he was talking about. I was just trying to buy some simple stuff from the auto section and he told me I couldn't pay using a split payment with a card and walmart pay there or at the front registers. I knew that was incorrect so I just took the stuff to the front registers where I easily used split payment with a card and walmart pay. Don't know why he told me that wasn't possible but maybe he should know that it in fact, is easily possible.

Came in said I wanted a standard oil change, well guess they decided without asking or talking to me to put synthetic which is double the cost! Said thats what I got last time I brought my car in! Funny enough I just got my car it has NEVER been to Walmart for any kind of work! I want to speak to someone cause this is completely bull! Also said the type of oil that ive been using caused an oil leak... doesn't make sense

I sent my daughter to this location to get a tire this past Sunday. When she woke up Monday morning it was flat. I told her call them but she had to uber to work and was running late. She put air in when she got off yesterday and when she woke up this morning it was flat again so...I told her air it up and take it back up there with the receipt. They'll fix it or replace it it's brand new. She went up there with RECIEPT IN HAND only since whoever was working that Sunday didn't put her car information in the reciept even though they asked her for all the information on Sunday. Instead they took her keys and she walked around and they never called her back...she went to check on it and they told her her lignite is stripped and they can't touch it.
