Walmart Auto Care Center

Somehow I got a nail in my tire and I had a flat tire. I rode to Walmart to get it serviced. Since the ride was about 3 miles I knew I would need a new tire. Service was quick and because I had road hazard coverage on my tires, the replacement price was surprisingly low! I only had to pay for road hazard protection on the new tire! Thanks Walmart!

Show up at appointment and then they chat with people and walk around and then complain you’re late and mechanics are leaving and they can’t do oil changes by themselves. Just don’t waste your time.

It was the morning the big snow started. I got there for my appointment and when they tried to start the truck it wouldn't. Instead of canceling my appointment they helped me with a new battery. One of the workers used his own truck to try and jump my truck. After the truck was started they got me in quick to get the 2 new tires installed I was originally there to have installed.

Took my car there a week ago to change the oil. My car has NEVER had an oil leak problem. When I brought my car home, it was leaking oil all over the place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Take it to a dealership or Express Oil Change. The oil change at Walmart also took an Hour and a half! They didn’t even get to my car till the end of my appointment time frame.

Completely Worthless. They completely rounded out my bolt for my oil change and never even changed the oil but still charged me for it and never told me that they had any kinds of problems. Don't take your vehicle to amateur walmart workers that can't even do an oil change. It cost the same amount of money to take it to a dealership. They tell you it's going to be 1 price then turn around and add things as they go. I will NEVER go to another Walmart Service Center as long as I'm alive.
