Appointment at 9 am to replace all four tires. Pulling away from the shop at 10:20. No stripped studs or missing nuts. Car drives well so I know tires are balanced well. Only thing I noticed was that they use torque sticks when putting on the new tires. Not the end of the world but not up to the standard of a good torque wrench. Still better than hammering down the lug nuts with an impact like most shops do. Great tires and service at a great price. I’ll be back 👍

I brought my wife’s vehicle to Walmart to have four new tires installed. I specifically requested that the factory tires be saved, as they still had plenty of tread left. When I got home, I discovered that one of the factory tires had been damaged—clearly beyond use—and it had been placed in my vehicle without any mention of the issue. It’s disappointing that the damage was not disclosed, as the tire was in good condition prior to service. This kind of carelessness and lack of transparency shows poor attention to detail. I would advise others to use caution when having tires serviced here.

Stop in and asked if i could get an oil change and a new tire today and ask if they had time, they told me, no problem took my keys and left me sitting outside for over 2hrs as they stood around gossiping. Not one person in the shop had a sense of urgency. IM NEVER GOING BACK WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THESE PEOPLE. I get it, if your busy and all but how they handled it was just wrong. I had to go back in and get my keys no apology no nothing....

Went to Walmart this morning with a tire that had the back wall blown out. We waited there for 2 1/2 hours and paid $118. Made it 10 minutes down the road and had a blowout on the same tire They were supposed to fix. I called and they said it wasn’t there issue once it left there lot 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

The girl working in the automotive shop needs fired. Completely rude, and needs to learn the words please, and thank you. No cars in the bays, four people working, and not a single one tried to help me. If their skill levels are as good as their customer service, I would suggest taking your vehicle ANYWHERE BUT here.
