Holy cow! incredible auto service. I went in for an oil change and figured I'd pick up some groceries while I was there. ten minutes later and I was being paged to go back to the auto desk,. figuring they ran into a problem, I was very happy to see my car was already done and outside. super friendly staff, and very polite workers throughout the store, especially automotive.

I would recommend making an appointment. In the past there was always 4 plus cars ahead of me. I had an appointment and was in and out quickly.

This is the third time I’ve had a friend bring a car to me that was last worked on at Walmart (notice their stupid blue goo on the oil pan) only to find the drain plug COMPLETELY stripped. They even made note of this on the invoice my friend paid, but didn’t bother to talk to her about it. My question is first- how does this happen in a professional setting? Secondly- why didn’t you change the plug while you already had it out? When she brought her car in on Friday they told her they wouldn’t change the oil because the bolt was stripped. Unreal. I have always encouraged people to go anywhere but here, and yet again, I’m vindicated. Avoid these dummies at all costs and support local garages that know what they’re doing.
