Oil change. 2nd time this has happened: they didn't change the filter. Also, they didn't put in full amount of oil. This is ridiculous. It used to be that the worst thing they did was fail to put the oil filler cap back on. The reality is that I feel relieved when they do it correctly, which is less than half the time. Overall, makes me want to strive even harder to avoid Walmart. What I saved by shopping has been more than outweighed by the shoddy oil change.

Very lousy service. I was told my vehicle was being worked on when it wasn't, then they took an hour for a simple tire rotation (not even balancing). Even though I explained that I needed to get to a medical appointment, the mechanics were not even at my vehicle most of the time it was in the shop. They were on their phones, using one hand to do tasks, chatting with each other, etc... The girl at the desk had not been trained how to run the register, so everything she tried ringing up was wrong and needed to be fixed by someone else. On the whole, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.

So our truck tire got flat, and why my dad went to Walmart to fix it I'll never know. It was Sunday and they said it wouldn't be available until Friday, the new tire that is, and yet on Friday it was not available when they said it would be. So for several days this really put us out, we count on that truck to help us do things on a daily basis, and thanks to Walmart's incompetence we couldn't get things done. It really put us out, and after this I will not be encouraging people to go to Walmart to get any car problems fixed. Walmart indirectly ruined this entire week for me, I'm not going to forget this for a good long while!!!

My bf ordered tires from them specifically because they are supposed to ALSO install them. Don’t count on it. He ordered the tires weeks in advance, they kept getting delayed. Then when he showed up to his scheduled appointment, no one was in the department to install them. He called to reschedule & they said they’d work him in since they messed up his appointment. On the drive over to try having them installed a second time, they called to say that they can’t install them but he has to come get them anyways. We leave for a thousand mile drive in two days and dealing with this has been beyond annoying. It’s worth it to pay a little extra to go LITERALLY anywhere else.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. I couldn’t even be seen. They close at 7-8pm. I get there at 4:30 & they said they’re closed/stop taking people at 4. How do you close FOUR HOURS early?! I can see 30 minutes before but 4 hours?! An oil change is 20 minutes…. The only appointments they take are for tire changes. So if you can’t handle the appointments plus 20 minute oil changes then what are you here for? Trash
