Walmart Auto Care Center

Ordered two tires on the app and was able to schedule an appointment about 5 days out. Had an 8am appointment this morning and left around 9:20am. Service was solid and everything went smoothly.

Discovered my car had ball joint problems when I saw the inside of my tires were showing the cords inside. Went to Walmart after working all night, waited for the two tires I purchased, even though I had an appointment, was so tired I didn't bother to check the tires for a couple days and was shocked to see them on the rear, instead of the front. Decided it was easier to get two more , rather than fight them . Ordered two , paid for them, made appointment for installation. Three days later text messages saying one tire was delayed in shipment and they would text me as soon as it arrives. 5 days later I tried calling them but they turn the ringer off on there phone so you think it's ringing but it isn't. They never answer there calls. Never. Never!. I will cancel my tires , get a refund tha

I find myself here sometimes and I always leave disappointed. The staff always got some kind of attitude and/or stick up their shoots AND are never helpful. If you read any review that says this place is anything even close to good: they are lying. Before today I had gone here to get something done that I've gotten done in the Whitehall location and the woman with colorful glasses said they don't do that there and not any Walmart ever. Today, the one and only attendant in the room left for 20+ minutes and never came back. Some guy from the garage came in and it's almost like he didn't because he wasn't even trying to help me or anyone in the line that accumulated over the time it took to be seen. Moral of the story-- Go to the firestone down the street bc I walked in there and walked out

DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES HERE- I had to go into store 4 times to schedule after they cancelled my initial appointment staff asked me to find the tire I ordered online in their back room, did not honor road warranty for 5 month old tire that hit a pothole, took over 6 hours to change a single tire, did not rotate, damaged my spare compartment, told me to call 1-800-Walmart to appease me who cannot do anything for in store purchases, i live out of state and this store does not answer the phones 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Bought a tire form here and at first I thought they didn’t answer the phone because it was the weekend. Now it is Monday and they still won’t pick the phone up. How is this allowed?
