Walmart Auto Care Center

Recently bought tires on a Chevy Tahoe. They tried to tell me all four sensors for were out it was going to be $112 which I knew wasn’t true because they were working before so I said no. Get in my vehicle NO LIGHT WAS ON!!! DO NOT LET THESE FOLKS UP CHARGE YOU!

Would have gave 5 stars because the guys were very fast and did a great job. But associate Natalie at the register inside automotive when it is time to pay is absolutely RUDE. Everything about her attitude screams “I hate my job” all because it was time for her lunch as I heard her tell another co worker. Get her off the floor because she is not ment to work with customers.

Took my VW Jetta for oil change…when service was completed I paid and got my receipt, went home and got a call that they hadn’t actually serviced it ! Of course they refunded my money, but WTH is going on ? Then I took my truck for tire installation and they ruined one of my lug nuts, and stare blankly into space when I mention it Be warned, you get a hat you pay for, it’s the cheapest but is it worth it ?

I am so grateful for this Auto Care Center. I have been coming to this Walmart's Auto Care for years. They always get my oil change in a timely manner. Last week, I made the wrong choice, and I opted to go to a closer Walmart instead of this one, and over there, they were unprofessional and said they were unable to help me. So I decided to come back to this Walmart on FM 78 because I knew I could count on them! And they delivered as usual! Great service. Special shout-out to Antonio, who took care of my car and answered all my questions; he was kind and professional the whole time. And second shout-out to Jack(? I think that's his name - Service Manager). He was very patient on answering my questions when I called and once I got to the store. Great job!
