Guys up front? Great. Professional, helpful, etc. The tech that did the oil change on my car? Disrespectful, rude, and didnt check my tires like he was supposed to. Its a super simple task that I wound up doing myself. On the check sheet he wrote 35psi on all four tires. Got my car back and my tire light was still on. All of them were low, like 25psi and lower. my fault for not checking them more often I know, but frustrating the tech didnt check.

Went to have my oil changed and filters replaced (which I provided) When my vehicle was done my new filters were still unopened in my car. My receipt states that they checked my filters as in good condition. Thomas who was my saving grace rechecked both filters and they were bad and I mean really bad. Thomas changed them for me because the guys that initially “serviced “ my car were on break. It just makes me wonder are they even changing the oil all the time. This is NOT a good look and doesn’t make me feel like I can trust the employees to fully do their job. Thomas on the other hand took charge and knocked it out. He’s awesome!
